Duplicate Orders
If You have placed the same Order more than once, You must contact Our support team immediately by submitting a ticket on Our Website. We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be successful as it depends on the status of Your Order at the time your cancellation request is reviewed. It may take Our support team up to 48 hours to review Your ticket, and Your Order might already be fully processed and shipped by that time.

Conditions for Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Goods that do not meet the return conditions stated below in our sole discretion. Any Goods returned without acknowledgment from a member of the support team will not be exchanged or refunded. We generally accept returns and offer refunds unless indicated otherwise on Our Website for specific transactions. 

Return and Exchange

If You would like to return or exchange Your Order, please generate a ticket on the customer support section of this Website stating your Order number, Goods to be returned or exchanged and the reason for return or exchange. You can return or exchange Your Order within 14 days after the date of their delivery. You will be sent the return or exchange form (the “Form”). You shall attach the Form to Your package and send it to Us. You must return the Goods in their original packaging. If You do not include the completed Form with the package, You will not be eligible for exchange option or for a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees and costs.

Once we receive the returned Goods, We will inspect them to check if the Goods are in the same condition as We shipped them to You. If the inspection shows that the Goods are in the same condition as We shipped them to You, We will arrange a refund to the payment method used to process the original Order or will exchange those with new Goods of Your choice. If We find the Goods to not be in the same condition as We shipped them to You, We will contact You and arrange a redelivery to You. You will be liable for the postage charge and all the redelivery fees and costs. The refund processing will take up to 7 working days from the date We receive the Goods.

Entering Incorrect Information When Placing Your Order (address, quantity, etc.)


If you enter incorrect information when placing Your Order, then You should email Our support team as soon as possible and request an update of such information. If We receive Your email BEFORE Your Order ships, then We can update Your information as requested. But please make every effort to ensure Your Order is placed correctly. Once Your Order is shipped, We cannot update any information You entered when placing Your Order.
